Amy – Right around Passover (Jewish holiday), they make those special marshmallows covered in toasted coconut and sell them at grocery stores. They are SO good. Better than Kraft and probably less preservatives since they’re Kosher for Passover. I’ll try to remind you next Passover season. Love the idea of dunking them in chocolate! YUM!

Leah, they could very well be leftover from Passover….being from Wal-mart and all! 😉 They were still fresh, though! I had never seen them before….I think they would make over the top s’mores and I was thinking about going back and getting another bag for summer. Thanks for letting me know they are a Passover tradition now I know when to look for them! They were easy to make and not to mention yummy. We also used the plain marshmallows for “potty treats” for Holden. They worked well! 😉

Wow. Those marshmallows look amazing. I made “s’mores” ones for a party I did last weekend that were dipped in chocolate and rolled in graham crackers. Such a perfect sweet treat!
