I must tell you that the flops are size 9 (US) or 41-42 (Havaiana sizing). If you don’t have big feet like me, you may know someone who does that you can pass these along to. They are brand-new, original tag intact and come from a smoke-free home (…going back to my eBay selling days!).

Hi Amy, love that you are doing a give-away. My favorite pair of flip flops right now are from Anne Taylor loft. They are white with gold ladybugs on them. I seriously wear them everyday – they are a few years old and I probably need a new pair. My favotire summer tradition is outdoor BBQs with friends and family. Maybe we will have to meet up for one 🙂

My favorite summer tradition right now is breakfast and coffee in our courtyard. I WISH we had a trip planned, but sadly we do NOT! No vacation time left after maternity leave! My favorite pair of flip flops are these old, super-cheap ones I got at Eddie Bauer several years ago. The reason I love them is because they were the only shoes that got me through the last two months of my pregnancy. I was so swollen that I went up 2 1/2 shoe sizes. But those flip flops were the only things I could wear comfortably. So I just can’t get rid of them today. My favorite summer tradition is July 4th. I love decorating in Americana decor and dressing us in red/white/blue, and making cool food. This year I’m attempting several new recipes for the family. And I LOVE fireworks. Reminds me of watching them over Lake Tahoe with my family.
My absolute, hands-down, hung the moon, favorite flips are a pair that I bought at the Gap a million years ago, while I was still in college at Bake-town. They are super simple: flat with a thin, khaki leather strap. They were $40 when I bought them and I remember thinking that I couldn’t believe I was about to drop that kind of cash on a pair of flippies, but I plunked down my GapCard anyway, and ten years later, I’m so glad I did. These flips have been with me forever. They were on my feet as Matt and I endured our wedding rehearsal. I lived in them while pregnant with both of my chickens, and I wore them Friday to my cousin’s bridal shower. The soles have holes worn in them around the edges, and the outline of my heel and toes can be seen when I’m not wearing them, but I love them so. I’ll be so sad when it’s time for them to go.
These flips have been through all of my favorite summer celebrations as well, but this year, as in most years past, I am most looking forward to spending 4th of July and our anniversary weekend in Sonoma with my family. There will be our usual appearance at the parade around the Plaza, feeding the ducks, BBQ with my family and the Annual City Firework Extravaganza that makes me feel like I am home. Can’t wait to do it again this summer and for all my summers to come!
Great idea Amy – I love reading your blog….my favorite pair of flip-flops are my pink and white Fit-Flops. I love them and they are super comfortable. I seriously need to invest in a new pair. These are getting worn and they have bite marks from the dog carrying them around, but I love them and wear them all the time.
My favorite summer tradition is going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. This year I am looking forward to a Lafleur Family reunion in July and then my niece Kaylee’s first Birthday Party July 18th!!! Tom and I have a mini-vacation to New Jersey planned the end of this month, going to the horse track at Monmouth Park and then hitting the beaches and casinos in Atlantic City!!!
Hi Amy! My favorite pair of flip flops are soft gold-toned, bohemian style that I bought at Target. Who knew soft gold would go with so many things in my wardrobe? They look a little dressy with a flouncy skirt or pared down with a bathing suit and cover-up. Love them because they’re so versatile and comfy.
This summer I am looking forward to five days in Wine Country…Chris will be doing an Ironman Tri in the Russian River Valley and then off to do some much deserved winetasting. This trip will be sprinkled in amongst many trips to the zoo, the beach, and maybe even Palm Springs 🙂

My favorite pair of flops right now are my grey havaianas slims from my friend Lor. So comfy. This summer I am looking foward to going to the beach and just relaxing enjoying the sunshine.
My favorite pair of flip flops these days are my black wedges from Ann Taylor loft. The wedge makes me feel tall and confident and I love the classic black. I am most excited about wearing my favorite flops in Maui this month! I can’t wait for our first real vacation since the kiddos were born. One of our favorite traditions we do every summer is sit in our backyard and enjoy our hooka pipe….you know like the cheshire cat in Alice in Wonderland. (we use only flavor tobacco, just in case you wanted to know 😉 We sit back relax, chit chat, gaze at the stars and enjoy the peace and quiet.
I favorite pair of flip flops are these old black ones from Target. I wear them everywhere. I definately need a new pair as they have no traction.
I plan to spend some much needed time with the kids this summer by going to the beach, pool or park. Im hoping we can take a family trip as well. I am off for the summer so I hope to enjoy it..

My favorite flip flops were my silver Haviannas. I bought them last summer at Costco to wear for our trip to Hawaii. They were so comfy and cute! They even were embellished with swarovski crystals. Anyways, I was so sad when I recently went to put them on and realized that the strap broke! I definitely could use a new pair but with a a new baby and a move in the near future it is hard to get out and shop for flip flops. = (
This is going to be a busy summer for us. As you know I just gave birth to our 3rd baby but that is not all… Michael just got a job back in SD, and we are currently in escrow for a house. Yikes….all this at one time, but it is all good! So I am looking forward to spending the summer getting settled in SD!

My favorite pair of flip flops are my black Sanuks! They’re made from recycled yoga mats and it feels like I’m walking on air all day. Since I’m on my feet all day teaching, I can honestly say my feet never hurt after a long day of teaching.
We have 3 camping trips planned this summer. The first trip is in 2 weeks to our favorite local spot- San Elijo. We’ll be back there in July and then head up to Santa Barbara in August for our 2nd annual trip to El Capitan with 2 other families.
