For a while, all I’d eat for lunch were these wraps made with a whole wheat low-carb wrap from Costco (can’t remember the name). I’d spread the chive cream cheese and add either lettuce or spinach and tuna or turkey. They were so good. But I ate too many and now I can’t look at those wraps or cream cheese the same way.

So glad you like it!!! I tried something new tonight…Buy some Mezetta brand California Hot Mix (it’s cauliflower, jalapenos, carrots, celery, bell pepper and pickles in a water/vinegar juice). chop it up really fine and smear on the sandwich thins. Makes the sandwiches like Muffalettas. It’s sooooo good. Each serving of the Hot Mix is 5 calories so it’s not even a point and has no fat.
