    I too LOVE Ina’s meatloaf. I always cut the recipe in half and use a loaf pan. Just works better for me. It’s delicious with her Parmesan smashed potatoes, by the way.

    OMG! That sounds and looks delicious! I have always been a fan of the Jenny-O recipe but THIS sounds fabulous! Will need to try.
