Moving right along on our Summer To-Do List!
Five down, five to go.
Last night we had Happy Hour/Dinner out in the street while the kids ran themselves ragged on every mode of kid transportation known to mankind ~ wagon, scooter, tricycle, Barbie bike, Radio Flyer bike, Mr. Turtle and Disney Princess car.
Quick n easy BBQ chicken sliders and Hollie’s blue cheese coleslaw were on the menu.
And beer margaritas to wash it all down.
Hoping to cross off root beer floats next!
{For the sliders, I just put about 10 frozen chicken tenderloins (I like TJ’s), eyeballed some bottled BBQ sauce on top along with some chopped onion and put it on low in the c-pot for 4 hours on low. Shred chicken with 2 forks and leave on “warm” until ready to serve. I found some whole wheat dinner rolls for a little healthier option. Serve with sliced jalapeños for added kick!}
