After watching Anderson Cooper 360 in the workout room last night, only one word comes to mind today….

KINDNESS

If there is one thing that I/we try to teach the children daily, it’s to be KIND.

I explain to Elliott that no matter what other kids do or say at school, the Aspiras Family practices kindness.

Yes, the world is a scary place and I am sometimes terrified when I think of my little ones out there alone….

but we can still be KIND.
