Miles Don’t Matter
Our dear friends who had the nerve moved to PA 2 and a half years ago came to visit us for 24 hours while here in So Cal for a family reunion.
Elliott & Holden were so excited to be having a sleepover with their old pal, Sophie and her new brother, Bryce, who we’d hadn’t formally met yet!
She wrote the cutest journal entry before they arrived…
Yes, I did buy goldfish and yes, we did go to the pool!
All four got along famously.
Here are the same three in November of ’09 right before they moved away…
Seems like just yesterday…

Once all four little fishes were tucked in pak n plays, sleeping bags and beds, the adults caught up over some cold Shock Tops…
With an orange wedge, of course.
Thanks, Sharp Family, for coming to stay with us and for letting us have you all to ourselves! {wink, wink}
These photos are proof that the miles and states that separate us do not matter.
It’s always good to see you and we hope that it’s on your turf next time!
Until then…..

No time exists when true friends get together. Deb and Kev are such special people and the four of you have the most adorable children! Bryce looks just like Kevin. How good to see everyone again in your blog! Adorable!!! Loved Elliott’s journal entry!
