I just bought one yesterday.

Because there is this cheesecake that I spotted and I’m making it tomorrow for an early Valentine’s Day treat.

And as I was gathering the ingredients for this cheesecake today, I realized that from the pictures I saw and the items in my cart that this is going to to SOME cheesecake.

I was not always a cheesecake lover. It had to grow on me ~ I like mine smooth and light.

Light as in airy, not light in calories.
