Breakfast Mocktail

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Fill your blender with the following and process ’til smooth:

1 cup crushed ice

1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt (I use Mountain High)

1/4 cup fat free or low fat milk

1 heaping Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

1 banana

Squeeze of honey
